The iPhone 15 Pro features a new LOG profile and these LUTs have been carefully designed first to extract the tones of the Apple's sensor using the Apple Log to Rec709 LUT, then layer on a film emulation LUT on top, which can be turned up or down to taste.
Film luts can also be used on SDR Rec709 iPhone footage if you're not using log. Just be sure that they are applied AFTER log footage has been converted to a full contrast look.
